At ADEC, we strive to be the benchmark in providing quality employment opportunities for individuals experiencing life with a disability.  We work with each of our clients individually, ensuring that their goals, interests and abilities are factored into their job search.

Certified Social Security Benefits Counselors will assist you in making informed choices about your employment and how it may impact your SSI, SSDI or other government funded programs; such as Food Stamps, HUD Housing, Medicaid and Medicare.

We currently have over 200 adults with a disability successfully employed at businesses in Elkhart and St. Joseph counties.
