GPS can help parents, guardians and caregivers tap into the time-tested experience of 60 years of ADEC's service to Elkhart County children, adults and families facing the challenges of disabilities. Combine that with the vast resources of the United Way of Elkhart County and you have the reassuring assistance and support of people who care.
