Building Pathways of Empowerment
The Arc of Indiana has launched a new initiative, Building Pathways to Empowerment, to take a fresh look at Indiana's system of programs and services for people with developmental disabilities and their families. Our goal is to redesign and redefine that system into one that provides people with what they want and need in the most sensible way possible.

2009 Outcome Measurement Reports
Every year ADEC works at improving the quality of services we provide to children, adults and families facing the challenges of life with disabilities. One of our most important tools is to measure program performance. We track and measure performance indicators during the year resulting in the attached reports and analysis which are used to make changes in the services provided.
