Guardianship Services
ADEC’s Guardianship Services are a combination of protective and legal services serving disabled adults. Services are designed to protect clients, help with important medical and personal decisions and advocate for them when necessary.
ADEC's Corporate Guardianship services are made possible by local funding, including a recent expansion of the program through a grant from the Elkhart County Community Foundation.
Services include:
- Full or limited guardianship
- Temporary or permanent guardianship
- Representative Payee
- Advocacy
- Training in self-advocacy
